Shipping & Delivery

UK Delivery

We carefully package our antiques and vintage objects to help protect them in transit.

Insured UK delivery is available for £15 per order, as shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders promptly, and delivery times may vary depending on the item, carrier and destination.

Larger, heavier or particularly fragile items may require a different delivery arrangement. If this applies to your purchase, we will contact you to agree the arrangements before proceeding.

International Delivery

We welcome enquiries and orders from overseas customers. International delivery is available to selected destinations, with shipping charges calculated and displayed at checkout where available.

Delivery costs and transit times vary according to the destination, size and weight of the item.

Where international checkout displays duties and taxes as included in the total, these are handled through the checkout arrangements shown. Otherwise, additional import charges may be payable by the recipient, depending on the destination and applicable rules.

Please contact us before ordering if you would like to discuss delivery to a destination not offered at checkout.

Collection

Free collection is available by prior arrangement from our Surrey location.

Please contact us before travelling so that we can agree a convenient collection time and confirm the arrangements. Please do not visit without an appointment.

Packaging & Antique Condition

Every item is individually assessed for suitable packaging. As we specialise in antiques and vintage objects, items may show age-related wear, patina or other characteristics consistent with their age and history. Please refer to each listing’s description and photographs.
