Our Antiques & Vintage Items

Cobham Antiques specialises in antiques, historical objects and vintage items. Each piece is individual and may show signs of age, use, wear, patina, restoration or other characteristics consistent with its history.

We aim to describe each item carefully and provide photographs to help you assess its appearance and condition. Please read the description and review the photographs before ordering. Change of Mind

For eligible online purchases by consumers in the United Kingdom, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must then notify us of your decision to cancel within the applicable cancellation period. Following notification, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Please contact hello@cobhamantiques.com to notify us of a cancellation and obtain return instructions before sending an item back.

Unless the item is faulty, not as described, or another legal requirement applies, the cost of returning an item because you have changed your mind is your responsibility. Please use suitable protective packaging and a tracked, insured service appropriate to the item’s value.

We will refund eligible payments, including the standard outbound delivery charge where required by law, within the applicable legal timeframe. We may be entitled to make a deduction where the law permits because the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Items That Are Faulty or Not as Described

If an item arrives damaged in transit, is faulty, or is materially different from its description, please contact us promptly at hello@cobhamantiques.com, providing your order details and photographs where helpful.

We will discuss the appropriate resolution with you in accordance with your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

International Orders

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, cancellation and return rights may differ according to the destination and applicable law. We will comply with the mandatory consumer protections that apply to your order.

Please contact us before returning an international order so that we can confirm the arrangements. Any import duties, taxes or return-shipping charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms applying to your order.
